Community Board & Feedback
Resident Dialogue, Civil Engagement, and Board Communication at Hendrick House.
Hendrick House thrives on mutual respect, civil communication, and collaborative governance. This community space is designated for neighborly updates, committee announcements, and periodic shareholder polling on amenity enhancements and capital improvements.
Community Dialogue Guidelines
1. Mutual Respect & Civility
Keep all building dialogue courteous, constructive, and relevant to the cooperative community. Online and bulletin discussions should focus on solutions and common benefit.
2. Maintenance Emergencies
For urgent maintenance issues (water leaks, electrical faults, heating failures, or structural problems), contact the superintendent directly by phone or emergency buzzer immediately rather than posting online.
3. Private Grievances
Disputes between individual neighbors should be handled privately, through constructive neighbor conversation, or submitted in writing to building management.
The Board of Directors is preparing an interactive digital voting and amenity survey tool for verified residents. Check back soon for upcoming polls regarding basement amenity enhancements and common area improvements.
