All residents utilizing the basement bike room must complete the online registration form by the end of the month. Unregistered equipment without a current building decal tag will be inventoried and removed in accordance with house rules to free up rack space.
Boiler & Heating Season Reminder
As mandated by city regulations, heat is actively maintained between October 1 and May 31. Please ensure all radiator valves are fully opened or fully closed to avoid pipe banging, and notify the superintendent immediately if you detect any valve weeping or leaks.
Bulk Disposal Protocol
Mattresses, furniture, and large appliances must be coordinated with the superintendent 24 hours prior to placement in the refuse area. Mattresses and box springs must be completely encased in plastic disposal bags prior to removal from your apartment.
